Do you have a minimum order size?

Our minimum order size is 12 items.

What’s the best format to submit artwork?

We prefer artwork be submitted in vector format (EPS, AI or PDF) which will allow us to produce the highest quality product. If you don’t have your artwork in vector format or not sure what vector format means, just send us your artwork in the highest resolution available, and we’ll be happy to recreate in vector format at no additional charge.

How soon can I get my order?

Shortly after your order has been placed, we'll provide you with a digital production proof for you to review and approve. Once your digital production proof has been approved, our team will start production and deliver your order within two weeks. If you need your order by a particular date or sooner than two weeks, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Can I get my order sooner?

Yes! We do offer rush delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order and we'll confirm if we have the capacity to meet your deadline.

Can I order samples of blank apparel?

Absolutely! Ordering blank apparel samples is the best way to try before you buy. Please contact us and our team will be happy to arrange for a shipment of blank samples for a small fee.

Can I order a sample of my artwork printed on apparel?

Yes! Upon request, we can provide printed samples for an additional fee. Please note, the shipment and approval of the printed samples will delay delivery of your full order. To request a printed sample, please contact us before placing your order so we can plan accordingly.

Do you offer other brands or styles?

Absolutely! We have access to all major brands and styles including Comfort Colors, Alternative Apparel and Under Armour. Please contact us and we'll do our best to find exactly what you're looking to order.

Can I supply my own blank apparel?

On occasion, we will allow customers to supply their own blank apparel. If interested in supplying your own blank apparel or customizing retail apparel like Under Armour, please contact us for more details.

Can I mix and match different shirt colors and styles?

Yes! As long as your artwork size, colors and placement is the same for all items, you can mix and match brands, styles and sizes. To place a mix and match order, please contact us and we’ll create a custom invoice for your order.

If I place a reorder, do I have to submit all of my artwork again?

Nope! We keep all customer artwork on file.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized orders unless there is a printing or embroidery error that differs from the approved digital production proof or the blank items themselves are materially flawed. If an issue does occur, Ink Taco will happily replace or refund any item(s) with an issue. All returns must be requested within 5 business days of receipt of goods.
